Councillors’ Register of Interests
The Ethical Standards in Public Life Etc (Scotland) Act 2000 (Register of Interests ) Regulations 2003 provides that every Council shall set up maintain and make available for public inspection a Register of Interests which the Councillors’ Code of Conduct requires to be registered. This Register is also to be made available for inspection by the public electronically.
The Register of Interests is available for public inspection at the office of the Head of Law and Administration, Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar between the hours of 8.45am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
The electronic version of the Register for Angus Council is detailed below. This contains the information that each individual councillor has submitted in accordance with the Regulations.
