This Council, like all other Councils in Scotland, is currently undertaking a job evaluation exercise, which will result in revisions to our present grading and pay structures. The outcome of this exercise may result in an increase or reduction to the salary scale/pay rate for these jobs.
At present no indication can be given of when the results of the exercise will be implemented. Should there be a reduction in the salary scale/pay for these jobs the pay of the jobholder at that time will be cash conserved on a personal basis for a period of three years.
