The Prohibition Of Consumption Of Alcohol In Designated Public Places (Arbroath And Kirriemuir) Byelaws 2008
Angus Council has made and the Scottish Ministers have confirmed the above byelaws for the purpose of prohibiting the consumption of alcohol in designated public places in Arbroath and Kirriemuir. The byelaws will come into force on Monday 28th July 2008.
A copy of the confirmed byelaws (706KB PDF) which includes plans showing the extent of the affected areas may be examined during normal business hours at Arbroath Access Office, Kirk Square; Arbroath Library, Hill Terrace; Kirriemuir Access Office, Bank Street; Kirriemuir Library, Reform Street and at Reception, Angus House, Orchardbank, Forfar or on the Council’s website at www.angus.gov.uk.
