Council Meetings, Minutes and Reports
Note: Following advice from the Information Commissioner and in compliance with the terms of the Data Protection Act minutes of the Civic Licensing Committee have been removed to prevent the publishing of "personal data."
Following a review, any report which contains "personal data" will be treated as an exempt item in accordance with the Access to Information Act 1985. Accordingly, as from January 2010, the minutes of Civic Licensing Committee meetings will be published.
