MINUTE of MEETING of ANGUS COUNCIL held in the Town and County Hall, Forfar on Friday, 30 June 1995 at 1.30 pm.
Present: Councillors BRIAN M C MILNE, HELEN ANGUS, IAN J ANGUS, Mrs GLENNIS MIDDLETON, WILLIAM MIDDLETON, IAN HUDGHTON, WILLIAM G CROWE, Mrs KATHLEEN M RITCHIE, WILLIAM DOIG, STEWART N MOWATT and ROBERT J MURRAY.

1. EXCLUSION OF PUBLIC AND PRESS
The Council resolved that the public and press be excluded during consideration of the item recorded at Article 2 below to avoid disclosure of information which was exempt in terms of Part I of Schedule 7A of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, Paragraph 1.
2. POST OF DIRECTOR OF RECREATION SERVICES (CLIENT)
With reference to Article 2 (Interim Executive Committee, 14 June 1995) the Council, interviewed four candidates who had applied for the post of Director of Recreation Services (Client).
Following discussion, it was agreed that Mr John Zimny, at present Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation, Angus District Council, be appointed to the post.
