General Conditions of Contract
The links on these pages set out the general conditions of contract which apply on a standard basis to orders and contracts for Angus Council business.
4 separate sets of standard general conditions of contract for supply to the council exist and the terms which apply to the given order or contract are the ones either (a) corresponding to the subject matter of the order, or (b) explicitly referred to in the contract documents. The 4 sets of conditions are as follows:-

These conditions will apply to the order or contract unless expressly varied or agreed otherwise in writing by the Council, irrespective and to the exclusion of suppliers' standard trading terms published on its website, printed on the reverse of its invoices, etc.
