7. Accessing Information Under the Publication Scheme

You can obtain publication scheme information by any of the following methods:-

Online - most information listed in our publication scheme can be accessed directly via the Council's website at www.Angus.gov.uk. A further link will take you to the relevant page or document. In addition Angus libraries have public access computers with internet facilities and some hold paper versions of certain Council publications. A list of library addresses and telephone numbers is set out in Appendix 1.

Most information is also available in a paper copy form and can be obtained as follows. Please provide full contact details, including a telephone number, so that we can telephone to clarify any details, if necessary.

By email - If you wish to submit a request by email, please address your request to accessline@angus.gov.uk.

By telephone - Information can be requested over the telephone from ACCESSLine on 08452 777 778.

By post - Please address your request to ACCESSLine, Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar, DD8 1AN. When requesting information, please include the following details: your name and address, the information or documents you want to see and any fee applicable.

Personal visits - For some information, you will need to make an appointment to view the information. This is detailed in Part B. If you are unsure which department you need to contact, please telephone ACCESSLine on 08452 777 778.

Please contact us by telephoning ACCESSLine if you need information translated into Chinese, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Gaelic or any other language or made available in large print, audio or Braille.
