Angus Archives holds a wealth of fascinating documents which tell great stories about people, lifestyles and events. We plan to share these gems with you and hope that you will enjoy discovering a little about the rich heritage of Angus.
Angus archives contains witch confessions, Georgian recipes, Scottish traditional music, poems, diaries of Edwardian girls and farmers, letters from an Arbroath seaman in the West Indies in the 1790’s, letters between women of the 1830’s, poor rolls, Town Council minute books, school log books, legal documents and much much more.
