Angus Council and Dundee City Council have jointly prepared the Annual Audit of Housing Land detailing those sites with a capacity of five or more houses which contribute to the available supply of land for housebuilding in Angus and Dundee.
The Annual Audit of Housing Land provides a factual statement of land supply within Angus and Dundee and is a result of a survey undertaken in June 2003.
The Audit is an important source of information for the monitoring of the Dundee and Angus Structure Plan approved by Scottish Ministers in October 2002. The Audit gives details of the available land supply in each Council area and is presented for each of the four Housing Market Areas in the Structure Plan area.
Accompanying the Audit is a schedule of maps for each of the sites detailed in the tables. Individual maps of sites in Angus can be viewed by clicking on the Site Reference Numbers, which are outlined in blue. (Maps are in PDF format and are 150 to 500 KB in size.) Site maps for sites in Dundee can be viewed through the Dundee City Council website www.dundeecity.gov.uk.
The 2004 Audit will be published later this year based on survey work to be carried out in June of this year.
