Angus Council and Dundee City Council have jointly prepared the Annual Audit of Housing Land detailing those sites with a capacity of five or more houses which contribute to the available supply of land for housebuilding in Angus and Dundee.

The Dundee and Angus Housing Land Audit 2008 provides a factual statement of land supply within Angus and Dundee and is a result of a survey undertaken in June 2008.

The Audit is an important source of information for the monitoring of the Dundee and Angus Structure Plan approved by Scottish Ministers in October 2002. The Audit gives details of the available land supply in each Council area and is presented for each of the four Housing Market Areas in the Structure Plan area.

Accompanying the Audit is a schedule of maps for each of the sites detailed in the tables. (Maps are in PDF format and are 50 to 500 KB in size.)

The 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 Audits are still available to view using the links above.
