Angus Local Development Plan Main Issues Report (MIR)
The consultation period associated with both the Angus Local Development Plan Main Issues Report (MIR) and Environmental Report is now closed. The Council wishes to thank all respondents who have taken the time to submit comments. These will now be considered as part of preparing the Proposed Plan and related documents. Copies of the comments received are available on the Consultation Responses pages.
The main purpose of the MIR was to seek views on the big issues affecting Angus and how Angus should develop over the next 20 years. It provided an early opportunity to inform and shape the strategy and content of the new Local Development Plan.
The Environmental Report provides an initial assessment of the likely effects that the Main Issues Report may have on the environment.
