Advanced Booking Form - Hire of Leisure Premises and Facilities
Open the following form and complete the relevant details. Once complete, click on the green button marked "Click to send form by email" to send a copy of the form to Leisure services.
NOTE: You need an email program on your PC that is configured for your email account to submit this form using the buttons. You may also need an up to date version of Adobe Reader (see link below).
It is also possible to save the completed form to your PC and send it to sports@angus.gov.uk as an email attachment.
