The City Hall is located in an ideal site in the middle of the town and is a vital community resource for local groups, clubs and the people of Brechin. The 4 storey building full of rustic charm and unique architectural design can cater for large public events such as public meetings, public shows, drama productions, coffee mornings and small general sporting events.

The City Hall comprises of:

a Large Hall ( located first floor ) (30m x 20m) with stage and balcony seating
a Lesser Hall ( located first floor ) (15m x 10m) with temporary bar and kitchen facilities
