Management Rules Review
Notice is hereby given that the Council has reviewed all Management Rules made under Section 112 of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982. The proposed reviewed Rules cover country parks and open spaces (72 KB PDF); leisure and outdoor recreation facilities (85 KB PDF); public parks, gardens and recreation grounds (70 KB PDF); and cultural facilities (105 KB PDF). These may also be examined during normal business hours at any ACCESS Office or Library and the relevant facilities where appropriate.
Any person may object to the proposed reviewed Rules by writing to the Head of Law and Administration, Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar, DD8 1AN by 14 April 2010 stating their name and address, the matter to which the objection relates and the grounds on which it is made.
