Burnside Drive Roadworks - Update
The extensive upgrading of Burnside Drive, from the new roundabout at the harbour to the Guthrie Port roundabout, is nearing completion.
The resurfacing work has been completed by Tayside Contracts. Siemens, the contractor for the final phase, is currently on site to complete the traffic signals works.
The traffic lights at the Catherine Street junction are expected to be in operation early next week and the contractor has also indicated that the signals at Millgate/Brothock Bridge are expected to be completed by Monday 24 December.
The resurfacing and upgrading of the traffic signals is expected to significantly improve driving conditions and traffic flow on the road.
