Monifieth And Sidlaw By-election
Angus Council this week publishes the notice of election for the Monifieth and Sidlaw ward vacancy, following the recent death of Councillor Frank Ellis.
Candidates can collect nomination packs from the elections office, Angus Council, Angus House, Orchardbank, Forfar as from Wednesday 20 May, or can request them by email from projects and elections officer Shona Cameron, cameronsd@angus.gov.uk tel 01307 476226.
Nominations will close on Wednesday 3 June and if there is a contest, the election will be held on Thursday 25 June.
