Training Course for Food Businesses
As part of Angus Council's commitment to support local businesses, the authority is running a special pre-Christmas food hygiene training course in Arbroath.
As food businesses gear up for the festive season, the need for excellent standards of food safety management is paramount.
This Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland elementary course is for anyone who handles high risk, ready to eat foods at work, or as volunteers and carers.
The council spokesperson on environmental health issues, Councillor Mairi Evans said: "This course is the latest in a series organised by the council to give local food businesses professional low cost food hygiene training in Angus."
The course takes place on 12 November at Bruce House, Arbroath.
