Internet Filtering
As a result of recent changes to operating procedures within the Department of Information Technology, requests for changes to the Internet site filtering software should now be directed to Gordon Fenton, Software Services Manager, via e-mail to FentonGN.
It should also be noted that these requests should be generated by the line manager of the person(s) requiring additional access.
The only exception to this rule is where a second tier officer requires additional access. Under these circumstances the officer can request changes to their own access levels, providing they copy the request to their line manager.
