Get On Line To Your Local Library

Angus Council has recently launched iPac - an online servicewhich allows library users access to a wide range of library services from their own PC.

By keying in www.angus.gov.uk/libraries library users will gain access to the full library catalogue, local community information and prepared book lists including one on Scottish writers.

A wide range of information on a variety of topics including book related web sites such as KnowUK, Kompass, Newsbank and Xrefer+ is also available.

Library users will be able to access their own personal library record using a library card membership number and a personal identification number which can be obtained either from local libraries or by contacting librarysupport.services@angus.gov.uk.

Access to personal records will allow library users to check what items they have on loan, renew books if required or place requests on any items in stock.
