Xtreme Youth - Fitness
ACTIVE Zone is all about you...
Sports & Countryside Services will open the doors to the Fitness Suites for 12 yrs to 15 yrs (Lochside Leisure Centre 10+ and Montrose Sports Centre 8+) from Monday 12 May 2008.
There are ACTIVE Zones across Angus especially for 12 - 15 year olds. Children can hang out with their mates, get fit, have FUN and help design their own workout with the assistance of our qualified fitness instructors.
For the Xtreme Youth - Fitness Session all parents must bring the child/children on their initial visit to complete a Par-Q and meet the instructor.
(Due to height and genetics only CV and Dumbbell equipment in the adult gym is suitable for the child attending the Xtreme Youth - Fitness session.)
