Primary Girls Go Football Crazy!
The sun shone in Arbroath as 16 primary schools came together for the Angus Primary Girls Football Festival.
The event organised by the Active Schools Team, with support from Angus College and the Angus Council Sports Development Team, is put together to give primary girls the opportunity to play matches against other schools.
There was some excellent football played, as the teams split into 4 pools and played a series of round-robin games. Each team then had a final match against a school from another pool.
Many thanks to all the schools who took part, and also to the Angus College students for their help on the day.
