Kirriemuir Retail Applications
Angus Council has announced key dates in the determination of the three retail applications which have been submitted for Kirriemuir.
On 22 February 2010, pre-determination hearings will be held in Webster's High School, Kirriemuir, starting late afternoon/early evening at which councillors will hear the cases put forward by the applicants/agents and objectors for each of the applications. The hearings will be followed by a full council meeting to determine the applications.
Should the council require more time to determine the applications this will be done on 24 February 2010 at a time to be announced.
All parties will receive further information nearer the time regarding the meetings.
