Kirriemuir Supermarket Applications
The three planning applications for supermarket developments in Kirriemuir will be considered at a special meeting of Angus Council on Monday 22 February.
The meeting, which is taking place at Websters High School, will start at 6pm when a pre-determination hearing will be held.
This is the process under new planning legislation which gives applicants, supporters and objectors the opportunity to address the council.
If time permits the council will then go on to determine the applications. However if additional time is required the council will reconvene at 6pm on Wednesday 24 February at Websters High School.
The supermarket applications are major planning applications so will be determined by the specially convened meeting of Angus Council.
