Mid-Term Fun In Angus Libraries
Angus libraries have organised a programme of special events for children during the February mid-term break.
Boys and girls in Arbroath, Brechin, Carnoustie, Monifieth and Montrose, can meet Robbie Fotheringham, a professional storyteller who enjoys using puppets to illustrate her stories.
A session with Robbie is a great time with lots of singing and stories and new things to think about.
In Forfar and Kirriemuir libraries, acclaimed author Matthew Fitt is visiting to entertain boys and girls. Matthew is a published children’s author and poet, best known for his Scots translations of Roald Dahl’s The Twits and George’s Marvellous Medicine. His sessions are full of stories, Scots language and some corny gags.
