Angus Community Plan and Single Outcome Agreement
The Angus Community Plan and Single Outcome Agreement (2 MB PDF) sets out the five priority areas that Angus Community Planning Partnership will focus on to support the achievement of their vision for Angus.
The plan and agreement outline the twelve outcomes, ie results, which the partnership wishes to achieve in terms of quality of life and life opportunities for individuals, families and communities within Angus.
These outcomes reflect our local circumstances and priorities but also support and contribute towards the Government's fifteen national outcomes. In order to ensure that we know we are making progress in delivering our outcomes, we have also detailed what we are going to do and how we will measure success for each of our five priority areas. Additional indicators are held within Thematic Partnerships Plans for each of five Thematic Partnerships. These groups range from the Angus Economic Development Partnership to the Angus Rural and Environment Partnership.
Although our vision for Angus is long term this community plan and single outcome agreement covers the period 2011-14 and will be reviewed annually. Progress on performance can be monitored at Angus Performs.
Further information on the Angus Community Plan and Single Outcome Agreement performance can be found in committee reports for 2011, 2010, 2009 and 2008 and in a number of pages on the Angus Community Planning web site. The Scottish Government web site also has a performance reporting page that sets out progress against the Scottish Government’s fifteen National Outcomes.
