Personal Action Plans
As well as operational plans, service improvement plans, thematic partnerships plans, corporate plans and the Community Plan and Single Outcome Agreement each director has a personal action plan agreed with the Chief Executive. These plans link the work of each Director into the planning hierarchy.
In a similar way staff within each department have personal action plans, again linking them to whichever plans are most relevant given their place in the council.
