Angus Council supports local businesses and economic development by providing a wide range of office, workshop, warehouse and industrial premises for lease, and serviced business land for sale.
The Economic Development division is responsible for the management of over 100 business units providing either industrial, office or retail space with a total floor area of 240,000 ft2 (22,230m2). These properties vary in size from 100 ft2 to 27,000 ft2 providing for the requirements of a sole trader office operation to 200+ employment businesses. The Council offers businesses relatively flexible lease terms to encourage movement within the property market and to accommodate business growth.
