I have found a syringe. What should I do?
Contact the ACCESSLine 08452 777 778 or your local ACCESS Office and give the syringe's location. We will collect and dispose of the syringe as soon as possible within working hours. Out of hours and at the week-end please contact the Police on 101.
I have found a syringe. What should I NOT do?
Do not:
- touch the syringe
- separate the needle from the syringe
- put the cap back on the needle
- hide the syringe
- put the syringe in a litter bin.
