It is widely accepted that being active on a regular basis improves one's health. If this is multiplied throughout a community, it is suggested that this can then contribute immensely to the 'health' of the community.

Angus Council, working in partnership with NHS Tayside and other organisations, are striving to make people of all ages and abilities much more aware of the need to be active. Did you know an active lifestyle can contribute to a person's well-being, help combat disease and help individuals create a more positive approach to life in general?
