Do I need a photograph for my application form?
No. Your picture can be taken at any of the leisure centre sites.
Do I need to renew my card annually?
No. The card is automatically renewed each year. However, if personal details change, these should be submitted to the centre which issued your card initially.
Can my card be used by anyone else?
No. The card is issued on the basis that it is non-transferrable.
Do all of my family use this card?
No. Each family member named on the application form would receive a customised card.
