Tenant and Community Participation Strategy 2008-2011
Our third Tenant and Community Participation Strategy (1.8 MB PDF)
was developed with the help of tenants, residents and staff. Tenant and community participation has increased in Angus and the number tenants taking an active part working with us to set housing standards has increased too.
The Tenant and Community Participation Policy (1.3 MB PDF) is a summary of the Strategy and both documents outline how we will continue to increase participation by working with our registered tenant organisations, individual tenants, residents, staff and customers.
They were written with full input from tenants, residents and staff and all our tenants were consulted on the contents of the Action Plan. The clarity of the documents was approved and awarded a Crystal Mark by the Plain English Campaign and Neighbourhood Services Committee agreed the Strategy and the Policy on 29 May 2008.
