All Covid public health measures and restrictions have been lifted in Scotland. However, as the virus has not gone away, licence holders are advised to check the Scottish Government website for any up-to-date guidance.
Provisions introduced by the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020 making changes to liquor licensing have also mainly been repealed.
