An important survey has been launched to gather your views about current and future housing needs across the Angus area.
The survey supports the preparation of a Housing Need and Demand Assessment (HNDA) which is being undertaken on behalf of a partnership between the Angus, Dundee, Perth & Kinross, and Fife councils. The HNDA covers a 20 year period 2020-2040, and will help the Council to make decisions about future housing investment and plan for enough housing land in the right places to meet local housing needs.
We want to hear the views of local residents about their current housing circumstances - about your home, how you feel about where you live, your current household arrangements, your housing needs and any plans you may have for the future.
Your views are vital because the more you tell us, the better we can respond to your needs and help create places that people are proud to call home.
The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete. Your answers will remain totally confidential and anonymous, and you will not be contacted by the Council about individual answers unless you give permission.
In addition, a telephone survey by the Research Resource agency will also run in early March. This survey will be slightly more in-depth than the online version. Participants can choose not to answer or end the survey at any time.
