We are offering, with local partner organisations, a range of fun, free/affordable activities for children, young people and families during the Easter holidays.

Free swimming sessions

We are working in partnership with ANGUSalive to offer free swimming to children, and families throughout the holiday period.

Arbroath FC Community Trust Easter Camp

A week of fun with plenty football and games!

Children who sign up will be split into age specific groups allowing for small group coaching and more 1-2-1 feedback! Our schedule will ensure the children are provided with high quality coaching, fun games and activities to keep them engaged over the Easter Holidays!

Ages: 5 to 12

Dates and times: 10am to 2pm, Monday 1 to Friday 5 April

Early drop off 9am to 10am.

Late pick up 2pm to 3pm.

Deep Sea Divers Holiday Club for primary school children

Games, crafts, bible stories and snack time. Children will receive a lunch bag to take away at the end of each session.

Art Attack Angus: Messy Mornings - Easter Fun

This two-hour free class will allow young people to explore their creative side by making whatever they can imagine. A large selection of materials will be on hand for them to use including paints, glitter, glue and fabric.

Old clothes are recommended. Lunch will be provided.

Week one is for 4 to 6-year-old children accompanied by an adult.

Week two is for 7 years plus children - drop off session. If adults would like to stay please get in touch first as there is limited space.

Skilz: Glow and Multi Sport and Astro Activities

Various activities including Glow Sport and Multi Sport sessions within the FriockHub and Satire Centre as well as football and Multi Sport sessions at our Skilz PKS Arena Astro facility.

Ages: 5 to 7 years, 8 to 12 years, and family sessions.

Brechin Buccaneers Spring into Sport

Free cricket sessions for ages 8-14 years.

Footgolf followed by a light lunch in the restaurant at Brechin Golf Club.

Suitable for all ages, families and groups. Footgolf is played outside so can be weather dependent.

Easter Food and Fun at East, Old and Inverarity Parish

Easter activities families with children at of nursery and primary age:

Tuesday 2 April visit to Newton Farm to spend time with the lambs and other baby animals. Lunch provided. Leaving East and Old Church at 9:30am and returning 1pm. Wear appropriate outdoor clothes and shoes.

Wednesday 3 April Murton Farm at the teepee with fire pit to toast marshmallows, make popcorn, scavenger hunt, feed animals and arts and crafts. Lunch provided. Leaving East and Old Church at 10am and returning 3.30pm. Wear appropriate outdoor clothes and shoes.

Packed lunch provision for young people ages 16 and under in and around Kirriemuir over the holidays. Drink, fruit, filled roll, crisps and biscuit.

MYPlace Lego Club, Montrose

Come and join us for a couple of hours of Lego building. There will be Lego building challenges and educational builds. We provide a snack and drink for those who attend and a simple lunch bag to take home.

Friockheim Park Community Volunteers: Stay and Play With Free Food Provision

Come along to Friockheim Park with all the family for some family fun and games in the great outdoors.

French boules, rounders, hula hoops, skipping ropes, giant dominos, giant chalks, quoits, footballs, tennis, play equipment and much much more!

Each person will receive a free food provision including a hot drink for adults. Please let us know of any requirements when booking.

All ages are welcome, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children 12 and over can be dropped off and collected/released at the end with prior permission.

Public toilets with free period products available.

Free parking and electric vehicle charging points available.

All sessions will be held At Friockheim Park, Friockheim DD11 4XB, Arbroath, Angus.
