The 2023 UCI Cycling World Championships Gran Fondo Time Trials will take place in Angus and Dundee on Monday 7 August. Drivers who commit a parking offence will see an increased cost in the Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) from Saturday 1 July. It is the first increase in the PCN in 30 years and is in response to new national guidelines issued by the Scottish Government after consultation with the public and local authorities, and agreement with CoSLA.
