A Single Point of Contact - what does it mean for you?

The Angus Health & Social Care Partnership took responsibility for a range of health and adult care services in Angus from 1 April 2016. We recently asked a number of people, including staff and our public reference forum, to tell us what a single point of contact meant to them. We had a varied response, ranging from a phone number to a community hub in each town.
