Change of use of Common Good Property: Forfar Loch Country Park

Angus Council propose to build a new toilet block at Forfar Loch Country Park, Craig O’Loch Road Forfar to the design shown on the site plan and drawings at Tell Me Scotland.

As the land is held as part of Forfar Common Good, before taking a decision, the Council requires to consult under Section 104 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015. Construction is due to start Spring 2021 for completion early summer 2021.
