Gambling Act 2015 - draft statement of policy

The Angus Licensing Board has responsibility for administering the licensing of gambling under the Gambling Act 2005 for the whole of the local government area of Angus.

In terms of Section 349 of the Gambling Act the Board is required to prepare a statement of the principles that it proposes to apply in exercising its functions under the Act (a policy statement).
