Land at Marine Avenue, Montrose

Angus Council has received a request from Hillcrest Housing Association to grant a servitude right of access over an area of Common Good Ground at Marine Avenue, Montrose and also rights to lay connections into the sewer. As the land is held as part of Montrose Common Good, before taking a decision, the Council requires to consult under Section 104 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.
