Gambling - gaming machines and prize gaming

Gaming machine and prize gaming permits for:

  • Club and Miners' Welfare Institute - gaming and gaming machines
  • Alcohol Licensed Premises - gaming and gaming machines
  • Unlicensed Family Entertainment Centres (amusement arcades which may be used by children)
  • Prize Gaming (games of chance for pre-determined prizes)

Chief Constable and Gambling Commission

Section 29(d) of the application for Club Gaming Permit and Club Machine Permits says "the applicant must send a copy of this application and any accompanying documents to the Gambling Commission and the chief constable within a period of seven days beginning on the date this application is made."
