Interactive, evidence-based digital mental health and wellbeing programme based on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). The programme is designed to help people explore their thoughts and feelings whilst learning skills and tools to help manage their mental health.
A referral from a GP or mental health professional is required to access the programme.
