The Rapid Rehousing Transition Plan (RRTP) is a planning framework for Angus Council and its partners to transition to a rapid rehousing approach.
The RRTP 2019-24 will deliver the overall strategic outcome ‘ensure people who experience homelessness reach a settled housing outcome as quickly as possible’.
