If you find a stray dog

Weekdays between 9am and 5pm

Complete our online form. This should take less than five minutes.

We will pass this straight to the dog warden, who will aim to collect the dog as quickly as possible.

If our dog warden picks up a dog they will scan it for a microchip and have it looked after in a local kennel. After seven days they will make it available for rehoming. 

Payments and collection

Owners collecting strays pay a charge of £25 plus daily kennelling fees of £12.70.

If the dog needed veterinary treatment, any fees would also be payable.

Pay using a debit or credit card by calling ACCESSLine on 03452 777 778.

Payment should be made by 4pm on the day of collection.

You must collect your dog by 5pm on the day of payment.

If your dog is not collected by 5pm you must pay an extra day's kennelling fees.
