Impact to services
We are continuing to deal with building warrant and planning applications, but there may be disruption to some aspects of service provision as outlined below. At this time we would be grateful if you could submit applications online and communicate with us by email.
Applications submitted through eplanning.scot will be assessed in the normal manner but determination timescales may be affected. Paper mail may not reach us within normal timescales so please correspond with us via digital means.
Submission of new applications or additional information in relation to existing applications should be made via eplanning.scot.
Information in relation to existing applications is available on Public Access.
Comments on applications should be submitted through Public Access
Site visits and inspections will be limited or postponed where necessary. It will help us deal with applications and other enquiries if you provide photographs of the site and its surroundings. We will be unable to attend meetings at this time.
If you need to contact us email email@example.com.

Site and building inspections should be limited or postponed wherever possible. Alternative CCNP evidence will be encouraged and only essential inspections will be carried out. This is provided there are no risks to staff or members of the public and we also ask that members of the public do not interact with Officers during the visits. Contact the inspecting Officer noted on the CCNP to discuss in advance.
