Incredible Years

For parents and carers of children aged 3 to 6 years.

Learn how to manage challenging situations using positive parenting methods.

At Incredible Years sessions we watch videos on child development, followed by a group discussion. It's a chance to meet and support other families in a friendly environment.

What people say about Incredible Years

"It helped build a better relationship with my child. It was a good way to meet people that were going through the same challenges"

"Calmer behaviour, more fun, better relationship, not so stressful"

"I wasn't getting judged, it was very relaxed and friendly"

"Coming to Incredible Years gave me something to look forward to every week. It became part of my routine. My son is now getting on great in nursery and is not getting into trouble at home."

"Give it a go; don't knock it until you have tried it!"

We meet in person. Groups run weekly for 14 to 16 weeks. Sessions last up to two hours.
