Find out how you can live independently at home with Ageing Well Angus.

We can help you to find information, tailored to you, about how to stay well and improve your fitness and wellbeing, with information about support in the Angus area. We provide a self-assessment tool so you can see how you are ageing and get help with anything you are finding difficult in and around your home.

We aim to provide you with information to help you manage your daily activities and live independently. We can also help you to access equipment matched to your needs to help you with any daily activities you may be finding difficult, getting in and out of (or moving around) your home, or being able to use your bathroom.

Once you complete the online registration process you can access the full range of help available with Ageing Well Angus:

  • complete the Life Curve Quiz to see your ageing journey and where you are on the curve and how learn how you can improve the live better for longer
  • explore possible goals where you want to make changes or want to see whether any changes are required. For example – feeling safer around your home, improving my memory and safety, turning taps on more easily
  • consider suggestions for safe and suitable solutions to help you manage your daily living tasks
  • consider options about the purchase or loan of equipment
  • explore local services information

You can look at as much or as little information as you want at your own pace.
