The external cardboard packaging of the testing kits can be recycled.
The test equipment itself (swab, cartridge/device) is not recyclable and should be bagged and disposed of in your purple bin or a non-recyclables (general waste) skip at Arbroath, Carnoustie, Forfar and Montrose recycling centres.
