Consider donating unwanted crockery (such as ceramic plates and cups) in good condition to a charity shop or leaving in the reuse cabins at Arbroath and Forfar recycling centres.
Take unwanted or broken crockery to a recycling centre and put in the rubble skip (for use in the construction industry).
If this is not possible, put crockery in the purple (non-recyclables) bin.
