Together we will improve the quality of Brechin and Montrose town centres by:
  • improving physical appearance
  • achieving higher occupancy of property
  • achieving the right balance between pedestrians and vehicles
Together we will improve connections within the locality and with the rest of Angus and Scotland by:
  • improving public transport connections
  • developing the roads infra-structure – links to the A90
  • developing footpaths
  • developing cycle routes and paths
  • improving signage and way finding
Together we will create housing opportunities that help to develop and sustain our communities by:
  • creating new housing, including affordable housing to buy or rent (eg at Sunnyside)
  • implementing housing led re-generation in South Montrose and East Brechin
  • developing town centre living
