Community spaces

Community spaces offer:

  • a welcoming place to spend time with others
  • information about support, advice and useful resources
  • practical support such as wifi and food

These spaces are open to all, and free or low cost to use.

Most community spaces are drop in, so there's no need to book in advance. Contact the community space if you need more information.

If you want to add a community space that's not listed here, get in touch.

Location and opening hours

Glenesk Folk Museum

Glenesk Folk Museum will remain open throughout the winter with a small break between Christmas and New Year. We open 10am to 4:30pm, Tuesday to Sunday. The museum is free to access, and anyone is welcome to come along for warmth and company in our cafe as well (no obligation to buy anything). If people want to bring crafts to do, as an individual or group, we're very keen to provide that space as well. If anyone has groups lacking a meeting space, or ideas they'd like a partner for, please let them know we're up for exploring a range of activities and opportunities to help the community.
